2026 Centennial Celebration Photo Gallery
On July 17, 1926, the Royal Canadian Legion was founded. Exactly 100 years later, our Legion proudly celebrated this historic milestone with a special centennial event.Our Member of Parliament, along with several other dignitaries, joined us for the celebration. A total of 147 guests registered in advance, and we were delighted to welcome more than 150 attendees after several additional guests arrived on the day of the event.
In the days leading up to the celebration, dedicated volunteers transformed both halls for the occasion. Black and gold helium-filled balloons decorated the venue, and our finest white tablecloths added a festive touch. The photo to the right captures the main hall shortly after the ceremony began, with guests and participants gathered to mark this memorable occasion.
