Available Rental Rooms

Meeting Rooms

We have a small room that will accommodate about 15 people.  It has a separate entrance and exit from the main hall entrance.  The room is air conditioned and heated and may be isolated from the games room hall.

Hall Only

The main hall can comfortably sit about 65 persons.  It is assessed by the main entrance and has access to the bar, kitchen. two men’s and ladies bathrooms and back yard with smoking area 

There is a large stage at one end ideal for a DJ, live band or  music bingo.

Full Building

You will need the full building for large parties. This will give you access to all the facilities and Hall only above, extra seating tables and an area to lay out any food, and coffee and tea refreshments.  The games room also has two 8-ball tables with free balls, cues and rack for your guests.

Backyard Rental

The backyard is ideal for summer weddings and flea markets.  It is a large fenced in grass area with picnic-style table and seating.  It has a covered smokers area and a separate covered propane-fired BBQ and grill.  Use is free, only a $25 fee to cover the propane cost.

Other Features

Audio/Visual

The legion has a contract with Spotify and can provide music for your entertainment through our speaker system.  We also have a wireless microphone available for your use.

Fully Stocked Bar

The legion has a fully-stocked bar with a variety of spirits, wine , beers and non-alcoholic refreshments.  We provide a professional bartender to serve and mix drinks.  Glassware such as wine glasses, cocktail glasses and beer glasses are included.

Tables/Chairs Linen

Both rectangular and long tables are available which can be arranged in a circular or head table style.  We can provide white linen tablecloths for the price of cleaning them.  The bar has bar-stool style seating and gaming side has both bar-stool style chairs and cafe-style high tables.

Catering

We provide catering on request.  You may be interested in the fruit platters, meat and cheese platters and sandwiches we have prepared in the past. See the Catering ideas for some examples.

We can also provide a buffet-style hot meal or a sit down full meal if requested.  Let us know you are interested and someone will contact you.

Parking

There is adequate lined parking for your guests and several handicap spots near the entrance.
