General Meeting
Please attend our General Meeting. The February 2026 is an important one, please see the note below. These are the third Sunday of the month, normally at 11 AM. For this meeting ONLY, the meeting will start at 10 AM and will be held in the Dart Room as we inadvertently booked the large hall for an 80th birthday party.
What’s Happening!
- We must elect a Secretary to continue operating. Please attend to vote and consider running for this position.
- As the January 2026 meeting was cancelled, the new executive will be installed.
- With the unexpected loss of our Secretary, Wanda Wetteland, we are holding elections for the Secretary position. If you are interested, email rcl134@shaw.ca to let us know.
- A quorum is required for motions for donation to pass. Please come out and make these possible.
- This is an important meeting. Please come out and vote!
