October General Meeting Date Change Notice

The executive requests a change in the scheduled date of our upcoming General Meeting, currently set for October 19th. Unfortunately, our President has a prior commitment to present a Quit for the Valiant
|
|
|
|
|
award to a local firefighter in Sayward, BC on the same date and won't be able to return in time for the 11:00 a.m. meeting. Given her wish to attend the October session, we kindly propose rescheduling the General Meeting to October 26th at 11:00 a.m. This adjustment will enable our President to fully participate.
