Effective Now - Bar is Implementing Two-Tier Pricing
|
|
|
Whether your go-to drink is a Corona, wine, draught beer, cooler, liqueur, or a mixed drink, you'll notice your drink is priced higher next time you are at the Legion bar. All alcoholic drinks have had a price increase.
|
However, members can enjoy discounted rates by showing their up-to-date membership card to the bartender. With this discount, members will pay roughly the same price as before.
|
The price increase is on all alcoholic beverages. Non-alcoholic drinks such as pop, coffee or tea are the same.
|
|
So please. Take advantage of being a member and bring your legion card with you!

March 1st - 2025 Wounded Warrior Runners Arrive

|
|
Wounded Warrior Runners arrive at the Malahat Legion about 5:30 Saturday. Thanks to our auction last November we have a cheque for over $3,600 to present to them - $1,100 raised from the recent WW Auction. There are eight runners this year.

Saturday, March 8th - Chili Cook Off Competition
|
|
|
Join us for our chili cook off competition. In addition to bragging rights, NTL Excavating Ltd is donating the winner's bragging rights trophy. This event is a fund raiser for the Military Police Relay Motorcycle Ride for Blind Children. Our normal meat draw is still on.

The South Vancouver Island zone meeting is Sunday, March 9th at 11 am here at the Malahat Legion. Anyone is welcome to attend, but are not allowed to vote.

Tickets are for show only, but the kitchen will be open with a four-cheese lasagna and a hearty beef Irish stew.
